Richard
has been the
Director for the Office of Homeland Security & Emergency
Preparedness since August 1996. He holds the position of
Secretary/Treasurer for the Local Emergency Planning Committee,
Chairman for the Louisiana Homeland Security & Emergency
Preparedness Director’s Association, and the position with
Louisiana’s Region 5 Homeland Security Coordinator. (Allen,
Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, & Jeff Davis Parishes).
Richard was born
in Alexandria, LA, and has resided in Lake Charles, since 1989. Mr.
Gremillion is married to Fay Lou who is a Supervisor for the State
of Louisiana Office of Vocational & Rehabilitation. They have been
married for 23 years. They have 2 children, Richard Jr., age 20 and
Andy, age 15.
