Andy Mosher is a native of Kalamazoo, Michigan. He received his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University in 1981 and began employment with Dow Chemical in Freeport, Texas that year. He has managed a variety of activities during his career, including security, emergency response, training and community relations. He is currently the Emergency Services and Security Leader for Dow's operations in Louisiana which includes facilities in Iberville, West Baton Rouge, Saint Charles, Assumption, Saint Helena and Ouachita Parishes.  Andy is currently Chair of the LEPA Certification Committee. He is also a member of the Louisiana Emergency Response Commission.
