Andy Mosher is a native of Kalamazoo, Michigan. He received his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University in 1981 and began employment with Dow Chemical in Freeport, Texas that year. He has managed a variety of activities during his career, including security, emergency response, training and community relations. He has spent half of his career in Louisiana having previously served as the Emergency Services and Security Leader for Dow's operations in the State which includes facilities in Iberville, West Baton Rouge, Saint Charles, Assumption, Saint Helena, Iberia and Ouachita Parishes.   Andy currently is the Emergency Services and Security Expertise Leader serving Dow's facilities in the Asia-Pacific region and also facilitates Dow's global crisis management processes.  Andy is the 2008-09 President of LEPA. He is also a member of the Louisiana Emergency Response Commission.
