The Louisiana Emergency Preparedness Association invite you to attend the 2017 LEPA/GOHSEP Conference, May 1st - May 4th, at the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Registration is required for admission to the Conference. The fee information is listed on the registration form. Please print out the conference brochure and complete the registration form and return it to LEPA, 8550 United Plaza Blvd., Suite 1001, Baton Rouge, LA 70809 with your check, money order, or credit card information. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted. Make as many copies of the registration forms as you need. Registration and check-in will be held on-site at the registration desk according to the schedule below:

  • Monday, May 1 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, May 2 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 3 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 4 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Full Registration Rate After March 15th

  • Members: $280.00
  • Non-Members: $370.00
  • Students: $120.00

  • HazMat Training Day

Registrations will be accepted until April 21st. After April 21st all registrations will be done onsite at the conference with a $20.00 late fee.
